Boob fixed

I had a full TT, lipo, breast lift, and implants 2/23/10.  My implants (630cc) were placed under the muscle.  Unfortunately the left breast never dropped into the pocket and continued to ride near my collarbone giving the appearance of a hump by my underarm.
I had to pay a discounted rate  for the reduction procedure.  It was $500 for the surgeon's fees and $500 for the OR time.  I decided I would be a "big girl" and go with local anesthesia and 2mg of ativan instead of doing as she suggested and paying the extra money for the IV sedation.  I am glad now that I saved the money, but wow!  That was painful.  Felt almost everything.  Local anesthesia is not very effective there because it cannot be blocked along one nerve, so I felt most of the procedure.
I hope to goodness that my pectoral muscles do not regenerate and this darn implant stays where it should be.  If not, I may just live with lopsided boobs!
Has anybody else ever had problems with asymmetry and had to have a corrective procedure?  Did it work?
Hope yall are well and good luck to all of you with upcoming dates!

Ouch! You really had a tough time with it. Hopefully this one turns out as it should and you won't have to have any more work on it. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

I haven't had a corrective procedure, yet.  I had implants and lift in August.  My right had to be bigger than the left so I thought that was the issue.  Well, the left dropped instantly, was really soft and felt natural.  The right dropped, some, but it's still more firm (but not as firm as it is right after surgery).  I started to massage and take Vit E (per my Dr.) and do arm stretches (since I'm right handed).  It's gotten a bit softer but it still a tiny bit higher than the left.  I'm trying my hardest to accept it.  He said I may have some sort of encapsulation but it's nothing to worry over.  Thing is, I'm not sure if I'm up to massaging, taking the extra vit E and doing stretches for the rest of my life!  I hope it works for you!  I don't think I'll need a procedure, but maybe so.  He said he'd just go in and 'lower' the implant but wants to wait a while to see if it doesn't drop more.
