Mex doctors? Sauceda or Quiroz?

Good Morning, I am back in Florida afater having surgery with Dr. Quiroz on January 18th. I had weight loss surgery 30 years ago before it was popular. I went up and down in my weight over these years. I at 18 was 250 pounds and at 30 was 145 and at 47 was back to almost 200. My resolution in 2009 was to not be out of shape when I turned 50. I began working with a personal trainer and changed my lifestyle. when I had my surgery my weight was at 150.6 and my body fat was 19.6. Dr. Quiroz was able to remove 10 lbs of skin from my inner thighs and tummy. I could not be happier. He is a real artist. I know there are those that have a different opinion, but you know, you just have to go with who you are comfortable with. I could have not asked for better treatment beginning with the initial consultation, surgery, aftercare and return home. I did not have ANY problems at all traveling to Tijuana. I would not have any reservations at all recommending this process to anyone. These recommendations are for Cosmed and Tijuana travel. I wish there was a way I cold email individuals instead of posting, one reason is because I an not very good at this "posting stuff" and I don't really like others raining on my parade. I am as happy as happy could be.

I just posted this in another thread:

I had my a lower body lift, thigh lipo, hernia repair, arm lift and breast lift/augmentation done by Dr. Quiroz. LBL looks good but I have permanent stitches which hurt and poke through. The thigh lipo was horrendous. The hernia repair is great. The arms look like absolute **** - there are dog ears, permanent stitches poking through, and other problems. The breasts are uneven and he ignored my request to remove the side skin.

After the work on the arms was done he told me I'd need to come back for a revision. Considering the cost of flying and accommodations, since none of that is included like it is with Dr. Sauceda, I would never have scheduled if I had known. I could have spent less staying in NJ and recovering at home.

Now I have to pay to have the arms redone, have the side skin removed, and have a thigh lift. I won't be returning to cosmed.

I am also a member at PS Journeys. Yes, there were other posters here who had really crappy work done by Quiroz, much worse than mine, and their posts have disappeared. Could it be because Quiroz buys advertising? I wonder. Anyway, the person with the horrid pictures was Gracies, who was Sharis on PS Journeys. I have pictures saved her and a couple of other patients who had crappy work. It's not my place to post them, so I won't, but my pics are in my profle.

There's also been a plethora of shill posters for Cosmed, specifically for Quiroz. You can tell because they register only to talk about him, not about their weight loss surgeon. They generally don't have avatars, and they all use pretty much the same phrasing.

One other thing that REALLY bothered me: One other Quiroz patient/supporter, a woman who seemed to have surgery addiction issues, was allowed to read Gracies file and posted about it on PS Journeys. In the US that would have been a major privacy violation and the doctor would have been sued.
