LBL, 8 inch Hernia Repair, Thigh and Arm Lift Completed ... next up

I'm in Monterrey MX with Dr. Sauceda currently. I had my LBL .... huge hernia repair ... thigh and arm lift completed on Tuesday 1-11-11.     I'm doing great ... only pain is from the hernia repair as he did hand sew my muscles all back together. It was a big job.    Only removed about 2-3 lbs of skin as I really don't have any body fat left.

Care has been excellent so far.   I would normally be moved to the hotel today but I'm getting marked up again this afternoon to have an upper body lift and male breast reduction tomorrow.   I'll stay here in the clini****il next week sometime. Probably Tuesday so a full week here.   It's great to have the assistance of a nurse at the push of a button and and them taking care of emptying all my drains and such.

Once back at the hotel one of the nurses here comes to the hotel daily as well as Dr. Sauceda to check on you ... help you shower and change compression garments.

Time will tell how this will all work out for me ... but so far the experience has been flawless!

I'm impressed !!! Looks like he has jeans on. I couldn't wear jeans for quite sometime after i had my lower body lift. Hope you do well with your next round of plastics. Hope you all heal well without any issues.

Wow Tom, you look great for just having all that surgery done and then to go back and have more. How courageous are you. I noticed that you had Dr. Bonanni for your bypass surgery, so did I but that was when he was still at Reading Hospital. I am in Bucks county not too far from you. I had my LBL, breast lift and arm lift done with Dr. Capella on 12/9/10. I wish you much success and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Thanks Alice. Yep .. went back in yesterday for the UBL and breast reduction. I can say the top has been more painful then the bottom. I think it's the position of the incisions.

Yes I used Dr. Bonanni for my WLS but I had the Duodenal Switch not the RNY. I hope you are recovering well from your surgery. I've heard good things about Dr. Capella!
