I saw my plastic surgeon yesterday (I am 7 weeks post-op from Bracioplasty and Breast Lift).
He is very pleased with my healing --- he said that I am 'genetically superior' in terms of scar production and healing.
He suggested Mederma if I want to put something on my scars, but said that it was just a personal choice since things are progressing so beautifully on their own.
I am so grateful (I got some wacky other genetics passed on to me --finally something that is working in my favor ---- LOL!!!)
I can continue to ice my upper arms in the evenings if they feel 'tight' or swollen -- and go back to see him again in about 10 weeks).

Wow - good for you! I must have the "unsuperior genetic gene" - lol... my scars don't heal well...
I use Vit E pure oil and rub them - they like that and it helps the scars heal flat. I learned to listen to my Dr after the tummy tuck revision, didn't do it the first time....
