Considering Costa Rica

 I have heard lots of positive info on Costa Rica- I need a tummy tuck, lower body lift, breast lift and nothing is covered by my insurance. Any leads, stories to share?

I heard a story last night from a lady who had gone to Costa Rica for a face lift. They simply pulled her face tight, did not remove any skin & did not do any muscle tightening what so ever. She ended up having to find a surgeon in the states who would fix what had happened. I am sure that there are plenty of stories of people who have had successful operations there, but when doing plastics, I believe that you have to be very careful. Good Luck. I am just starting out looking into plastics and need the same procedures as you do and it is scary expensive!

I went to CR and am happy with my surgery so far (face lift, lower body lift, tt, and inner thigh lift). I saw Ronald Pino, as he is supposed to be an artist with faces. I'll be going back in the spring for my arms and boobs.

Like anywhere, research your surgeon. I have heard of some hits and misses with the Rosenstock-Leiberman (sp?) clinic, and others who like DeCruz, and Araya (also both known for great face work), but I have no first hand experience with them.
