One Month From Today!

Can't believe that February 9th is one month from today and I will be having my medial thigh lift, lipo, and lateral hip lift.  OMG I am so excited, nervous and scared all balled up into one.   Will be so happy when it is over and I am on the down-side of recovery :)  I know it will be rough and tough but I consider this the end of my journey other than lifetime maintenance.  Hope that makes sense to everyone :)  To go from 311 pre-RNY to 157 now and who knows what it will be after this is done - is simply amazing and truly a Godsend.

Keep me in your thoughts :)   I'll be keeping you updated.

What is a lateral hip lift? I never heard of that as a procedure? I will be having a medial thigh lift some time later this year so I look forward to hearing about your experience.

It's normal and healthy to be nervous and that date that seems so far off will be here soon. Read through older posts on this forum for some great ideas on how to prepare yourself and what to expect.

A lateral hip lift is that she is going to make two incisions on my hips about 5" on each side bikini line and then pull up the excess skin of the outer thigh  :)   I'll be good and sore but can't wait to get it all done. 

You have had such great success with your weight loss. Getting the plastics is just icing on the cake. I wish you the best and I look forward to your updates!
