BL/BA -- getting serious with questions

Alright...I think its soon going to be time. I've dropped the weight and am happy with that but my top is now so incredibly small -- I went from a C to an A and they are not perky anymore...I'm 36 years old, too, so I guess so maybe that comes with the territory.

Few questions:
 - Need input on recovery time...I was off for 10 days for my VSG surgery. Came back to the desk job and was a bit tired but did fine. I am somewhat of a "pain baby" though.

 - Any feedback from those that went into surgery asking for one size and came out with a different realization (too big, too small, etc.). Looking for considerations I may not be able to plan for ahead of time.

- How did you handle the professional communication? Did you just tell everyone up front or let them realize it when they saw you next, etc.? I am not sure what to do on this one. I am in a leadership position so am very visible (pun intended).

 - How long before I can get to the beach? I will ask the Doc to make them more natural looking, but my understanding is that they take time to "settle in."

Thanks!

I was off for a week and I have a desk job as well -- I wish I had taken a few extra days though. Not pain but just intense soreness where they were placed under the muscle so it was a lot to open doors, etc. I had my BL/BA in June 2010 and didn't start feeling like "they were mine" until November.

I told my surgeon that a) I run so not super big, b) i don't want to look unproportioned as I'm 5'4 and a size 2 and c) I want a set to be proud of.
Nobody believes me when I tell them but my bra is a 34DD. I have nice boobs and I like them.

My work requires me to be in view a lot, too, and I told a lot of people and others just figured it out.

I live in East TN so no clue on teh beach!

Be happy.
