I don't know of any as far South as Wareham.  My plastic surgeon is Dr. Christopher Davidson in Wellesley and I have been very happy with him. He has extensive experience with massive weight loss patients.

I just had a brachioplasty and medial thigh lift done at MGH by Dr. Amy Colwell.  She's very nice and her staff is excellent.

If you're gonna have a big prodecure, might as well go to the a top hospital, I say!
