Dr. Zachary didn't have any before and after pictures but that didn't bother me.  His answer made sense to me - that everyone starts out differently and ends up differently and it is difficult to compare yourself to those pictures.  He did, however, give me names of people to contact to get references.  I spoke to two women who were extremely pleased with his work and they sent me before and after pictures.  Just ask him for that information.  I had the surgery almost 3 years ago, stayed overnight for one night and I can't remember if there was a pain pump.  I certainly didn't go home with a pain pump and only needed a little bit of oral pain medicine for a very short time after I got home.  Hope that info helps.
