implants in armpits!

It has been 7 days since I got a BLA.  It feels like my implants are in my armpits.  I can't put my arms all the way down to my sides.  I am hoping this is just swelling, but I am really worried!!!  I go in tomorrow for a post op appointment.  

Has this happened to anyone else?  Did it settle down?  HELP!

Your breast pocket might be too big and the implant is shifting laterally. They will drop in time and that might make all the difference. Make sure you ask the surgeon.

LIke the PP said, it might settle some with dropping but this is something that most people deal with, with implants.  Personally, I like it lol...  But mine don't prevent me from putting my arms down.  I Just like the fullness that mine are and they do go into my armpits (6 mon out).
