Thigh exercises?

Happy New Year everyone!

I've completed brachio, BL and LBL.  My thighs would definitely benefit from plastics. However, I promised myself the LBL would be the last plastic surgery for me. This is largely because I worry about the wound healing in the groin area with the thigh lift.

I know spot reducing is difficult. Has anyone had any results with any type of thigh exercises? Thighmaster? Fitnes Quest Leg?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Spot reducing is impossible. You can build muscle up to fill up the skin but if skin is stretched and hanging, there is absolutely nothing you can do. Its damaged tissues. (besides surgery and I'm with ya on the thigh lifts).

My thighs are about my worst part.  During my PS consult she explained that no matter how hard I continue to work on my thighs they are not going to change....I have lots of fat depositins on my inner and outer thighs, she explained that the only way to get rid of the fat deposited there was lipo.

I am still trying to lose 15-20 pounds to say I am at goal, but she said I will continue to lose those pounds on the top and my thighs, panni, etc, will not change at what I am seeing as fat is actually skin!

Thanks Emily and Amy. I'm going to try firming up the area.  Hopefully, I will feel better about it even given it may not appear any different. I'll also see what I can do in terms of clothing styles that don't highlight the size of my thighs compared to everything else.
