What did you do to prepare?

HONESTLY looking at people's before an after photos helped me.  Looking close at them and looking at the good and the bad.  Recognizing that you aren't going to look perfect..and that you can expect some blips and bumps and weird spots and redness and swelling etc. etc. etc.  I think the mental part that can get you the worst is the "upset" if you think you're going to look like a super model, and when you come out, it doesn't live up...KWIM?

I moved some clothes and food from higher shelves to areas that were easier to reach for those first few days.  I got a lanyard to hang my drains from in the shower.  I set up my "sitting" area with a chair, a couple tables, computer plug etc. etc.

Good luck!

Great idea moving clothes to easier to reach areas. I'm making a list... thanks for all your suggestions!
