I love your bumm!  Did you get implants in the back  side?  If so how do they feel when you sit?  Did it hurt a lot?  I talked to Dr S about getting them and I am a little scared.

I've gotten my initial quote from Dr. S & am looking to travel in 5/11.  However, when he gives you a quote, does that include lipo or fat transfers?  Did you know to ask him these questions?  I'm worried I don't know exactly what all I need and am making clear to him.  I need a LBL, thigh lift, BL w/implants, arms.............viritually everything!  Do you still think it's safe to plan on travelling to Monterrey?

I am returning in March for the second phase of my surgery - i.e. breast lift and revision of my arms.  I think it's important regardless who your surgeon is - to be totally upfront and honest about your expectations. 

I would ask him that exact question.  The quote _____ you gave me - does that include the LBL, Thigh Lift, BL w/implants, arms - lipo and fat transfers?  Tell him exactly what you want done and he will tell you if he can do it and how much he will charge.  I know of a friend who went to a surgeon in the states.  She expected lipo and a mons lift.  She got neither and was very angry and disappointed.  BUT she never once asked the doctor if he planned to do these procedures.

I do know that he won't do the fat transfer unless it's something that you have specifically agreed upon.  The LBL doesn't automatically include an auto butt augmentation.  So if that is what you want, you have to ask for that and your quoted price might be changed.

I think i paid 600.00 extra for the fat transfer.

He said he can't do anything else on me!  I'm at my limit!  But, I have a feeling that will honestly be enough!  I'm wondering tho, do most of ya'll have the implants put behind the muscle or not?  He said he can't do all that on me at the same time w/o just placing the implants, he won't be able to go behind the muscle.  Can you guys tell a big difference?
