80/20 insurance payment

Hello all,

I had my panniculectomy last monday morning after 4 years of having a lap band and loosing over 220lbs.  I'm one of those guys that is always thinkin about money and I cant help but wonder what my 20% of the payment will be for it. Has anyone here had a panniculectomy and stayed in the hospital for one day along with having insurance?? I'm swollen pretty good right now but this surgery is amazing im lovin it already even though im still in a bit of pain.. thanks for any answers to my question in advance...

It depends on ur plan. I had a 80/20 plan and my copayment to the surgeon was 287.00. I didi not owe the hospital anything because I met my out of pocket max of 1500
