Here's a link to a post that was made here on this Board a few months back with some info.

The procedure may work well for some indiividuals but it seems that the majority were not satisfied with it.

I thought about one and discussed it with a plastic surgeon. He said after you have a lifestyle lift you can't have a face lift because of the way they do it and they will not not last but a few years. I  plan a face lift in the future instead of the LL because I will only do it once and extra skin won't be removed with the LL and will be in the face lift. The difference in cost is not enough . Go talk to them and a plastic surgeon before you decide.

The Lifestyle lift is one of a number of branded "mini-face-lifts" (Quick Lift, Swift Lift, etc) which are being highly marketed. During these procedures skin is removed from in front and behind the ears. The muscular layer and cheek pads are not corrected resulting in only short term improvement (6 to 18 months). The reviews of individuals who have had Lifestyle Lifts speak for themselves  http://www.realself.com/Lifestyle-lift/reviews.
While the Lifestyle Lift may work for some, individuals with massive weight loss whom I have cared for have required the addition of volume to their faces as well as tightening of the skin and muscles. A face-lift procedure can be customized to fit the specific needs of the weight loss individual.  I would recommend a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon. Best regards.
