TT in 4 days!
So excited and nervous about surgery on the 27th for my abdominalplasty! Got everything ready! Lifted potty, walker and soft foods! I have decided to also act as if I am having the RNY all over again ( as afar as eating wise goes)! I am thinking this will get me back on the "right track"! Wish me luck and I hope that all of you have a very Merry Christmas!
Oh, lets keep in touch with each other through our journeys! We can support each other! I have a "RNY Buddy", she lives in Texas and we have become great friends! She really helped me and she says I did her!
I got me a walker and a lifted toilet seat! nurse recommended them! I have also decided to eat as though I had the RNY all over again! I AM nervous too but the result will be worth all the pain and stuff! I have been watching YouTube videos of folks who have been through this already, some are good some are way out there!
I am gonna add you as a friend! Lets do keep in touch! Take care!

Good luck to both of you and hopefully you can enjoy the holidays without being too nervous.
Amy, why did you get a walker? I had LBL/Hernia repair and arm lift and had absolutely no problem walking around post-op, including going up and down stairs.
Don't forget to eat some veggies and fruit - there are phyconutrients that your body will need for healing in addition to the protein and you don't get all these nutrients in vitamin pills.
