Plastic Surgery in Louisiana

Has anyone had plastic surgery in Louisiana?  I live outside of New Orleans.  Also, does anyone have Blue Cross Blue Sheilds Federal and got approval?  I'm only 6 months out but have already met my goal.  Of course i wont even consider surgery until at least another 6 months but it can't hurt to start researching, right? 

You might want to see if the Resident Training Program at Tulane accepts your insurance.

Im in BR and had PS in BR 4 months ago.  I went to Dr. Nasca.  I have no idea about the insurance though.  All I know is mine wouldn't even think about covering :(  Definitely research though!  My Dr. was super nice!  He does most bb jobs, so I had a lift, implants and TT.  I know someone, locally, who met their goal at 6 months, had her PS at 6 months and continues to look great!!!  I say go for it!
