Guide book for PATH through plastics??

As many of you - US, Once we have lost the weight and get to the plastics IT IS CONFUSING.  Anyone knows of a good book to guide us through this new path?  As you may know I have had
1) Extended Tummy tuck
2) Breast Reduction (that has yet to be redone)
3) Will be Lipo for love handles,... or Behind lift,..

I had not realised that there would be so much "spring Cleaning" to do once the weight was lost...
Any suggestions for a good book?

 I love the book !  I borrowed it today from a friend ~ just holding it makes me feel better.  When I posted my terror about my upcoming surgeries last month - he made me feel much better when I read his response.................
