Saline or Silicone? C cup or D cup? Surgery Friday!

I went with silicone gel implants, under the muscle, and I'm barely a D. I would have been barely a B after the lift. I asked for moderate, not high profile implants, so that when I returned to work I wouldn't look like I'd suddenly become Dolly Parton. I call them my "conservative Librarian boobs."  They fit my frame really well, I fill out clothes nicely, and they look natural. They're 325cc implants.
