Congratulations! After my necklift and blepharoplasty surgery, I had to sleep semi-upright. My tail bone was killing me, and I ended up with a bed sore. For my subsequent surgeries, including TT where I had to sleep elevated, I made sure that I used a blow-up donut pillow. It really helped! You can get these at Walgreens. In fact, I sit on one all the time at home to keep my tailbone from hurting.

Glad to hear you are doing so well.

I've had terrible tail bone pain for months now and 2 things have helped me tremendously.
1)  I got one of those travel pillows that are for your neck and I sit on it.. .the gushy ones.  They have them in the travel section at Target.
2)  Chiropractic care has almost made my tailbone pain go away completely.  I was a skeptic but I was also desperate and to my surprise it worked!

Take Care!

I am 11 days out from abdominoplasty and mastopexy.  I finally gave in and bought a ****yx pillow (has a cut-out instead of donut) off Amazon.  My butt is killing me!
