LOL!  DH already contracted with adult daughter to come in and deal with the cat box for a couple weeks.

I just had a Breast Lift and Brachioplasty 3 weeks ago.

I have done all of my own self-care (did not blow dry my hair for the first 3 or 4 days).

I used the toilet by myself in the recovery room after surgery --- and was discharged about 90 minutes after surgery.

I can't speak for the LBL part of your surgery -- and how that will impact things, but my BA/Arms did not 'disable' me in any way.

Thank you Bev - I really appreciate that!  I keep missing you at support group - I'm hoping to be there in January, so maybe we can meet up.

And yeah, I am SO THRILLED with everyone I've dealt with so far on this journey!  Were you there last year when the PS guys came into the group and explained with pics how it all works?  Well, that's who I'm having.  Excellent reputations, excellent reviews from other patients I've talked to, and very organized and professional to deal with.  Any questions... they email promptly, or the surgical nurse calls me if it's more in her line.

Now if I could only get over my alternating fear/glee, I'd be a happy camper!
