Document all your rashes and anything out of the ordinary. You may have to go into your doctor and let them officially document your problems. But, I'd take my own pics and date them, along with writing down all the times that you went to the doctor and/or called them.

Hi,
I had a panniculectomy in July, Tricare did deny it, I appealed it, and then they approved it. I thought it would play out the same way with my breast reduction but that was not the case, my PS submitted it, Tricare approved it and on Nov. 16th I had my surgery.
Document everything! Hope everything works out for you!
Blessings,
Nina

it is the price of love.

I didn't have any luck and do not know anyone near me that has. I am not at a base that can do it. I think location makes a difference sometimes. I had documented reasons and they paid for two referrals but not the surgery unless I was having another covered surgery at the same time. I say try your best and I hope you get lucky and they approve it all.
