LBL circumferntial belt lift methods??

When performing a circumferential belt lipectomy can the skin of the medial thigh and the lower buttock be tightly pulled and woven  through, between  and upwards into the pelvic slope then over the groin crease and then over the front of the legs and  into general closing of the abdominal incision at the femur or hip and then cut off as extra dog ear skin? 

From the detail in which you describe it, it sounds to me that it was in fact done and I'm assuming it was done to you. Do you also post under another name? Lachetta or something like that? 

So, I guess you have answered your own question. I'm definitely not qualified to say how the technique should be done. Have you asked this question of your surgeon or other surgeons perhaps?
