Starting my research on ps please help.

I had a vsg 2 years ago and I am down almost 100 lbs. Now I think I am ready for the second stage in my journey. I am in need of plastic surgery but I can not afford it here in the state. So I am starting my research for excellent doctors in Mexico. I was given a drs name to start with. Can anyone tell me anything about DR. Manuel Bello? Or if you have had plastic surgery can you give me your doctor and why you like them so much?
