What body part first?

I don't think I am going to be able to afford my surgeries all at once.

So what is best to do first?

I need Breast lift most likely with implants

Lower body lift  (possibly with anchor cut)

If needed I can do an inner thight lift later.  I think I can get away with a  small crescent one for inner thigh.

I also may get brachio.

So breast

arms

LBL

what first?

thanks, Loretta

I just went in today for a free consult, that is a good place to start. He told me that the best surgery to do first is the LBL, as it can help tighten up other unrelated things like the thighs. Even change the apperence of the breasts.
I am going to do LBL and breasts, they give a discount for doing them together, then do the thighs and arms later. If i could only do one at a time, i would probably do the LBL, then breasts, then thighs etc. I guess it is whatever you think you want done most goes first.

I always thought I'd want my breast done first since they've been saggy and baggy my entire life. My initial consult was for breast but then included everything. I decided to do the LBL & brachio first then followed up w/ breast lift w/ implants and thighs next. I'm very happy that I did the LBL first. I didn't think the belly botherered me that bad but once it was gone I was very happy. I actually could have lived w/ the breast a lot longer after doing the LBL but luckly didn't have to.

I'm having my arms done first, then breasts and finally my tummy tuck.  When I asked my surgeon in what order I should have things done, he asked me what part was bothering me the most.  It means the world to me to be able to wear a pretty, short sleeved dress this June at my daughter's grade 12 graduation and he said then that is the surgery you have done first.

He said "Life is unexpected and if you run out of money or for some other reason can have no further surgeries it is best to start with what will make you feel the best and most confident about yourself provided you are not having any health issues in which case you would do that surgery first."

All the best in your decision making and even though it's tempting to double up on surgeries to save money, make sure you decide based on your health - being under anesthsia for so long, recovery after from multiple procedures, etc.  Every surgeon is different in what he/she agrees to do at the same time but to me it comes down to your safety and well being overall.

Good luck on this stage of your journey!

I decided to go with Dr Sauceda.  He does surgery under an epidural.  You do get discounts for combining procedures.  I'm on for LBL, small thigh lift, BL maybe BA too, arms... then a facelift.  Plus, I'm afraid that if I have one thing done, I wouldn't go through anymore.  Do it all have one recovery, then pay back my 401K loan.

Same as Chris I decided to have my three worst under the same surgery.   Then the other two areas, I can live with, until I find more money lol.   I also went with Dr. Sauceda in Mexico and got a better rate for doing them all at once.

I agree with the others- get what bother's most fixed first but in consultation with a plastic surgeon. There may be strategic reasons to get some areas fixed first because they impact on other areas of the body too such as the LBL - helps some of the thigh and the upper abdomen.

I have thought long and hard about which area bothers me MOST and I honestly cannot choose because they are all bad LOL.

I never thought my boobs would bother me and am surprised at how much they bug me.  Like national geographic hanging sacks.

My boobs have always been my pride and joy LOL, always had nice big boobs my whole life ha ha

Then the loose skin under my butt and the of course the panni.

SO the LBL hits the MOST areas in one fell swoop. And of course my boobs look normal in a bra. No one can they are saggy LOL

Whereas with the gut, can't hide it LOL

the skin below the ass, and the panni etc.

So IF I do it separately and after reading all these answers I think the LBL will be first.

Also .. it is the Biggest and most expensive part.

So I could always scrape for a boob job later.

thanks, Loretta
