I am very happy with my results. I have not experienced any sagging. I chose saline implants and they are placed under the muscle.

Hi I just had breast lift implants and a tummy tuck done October 22nd.  It is cheaper to get it done all at once.  I am very happy with my results!!! It is good you are having several other consults different doctors have different opinions.  It will help you decide the more information you get.

My PS said that he would do the lift first, wait for the breasts to "settle" and then go back for a second procedure to do the implants.  His reasoning is that if you do the procedures together, you sometimes do not get as good a result and the nipples might end up pointing upwards instead of straight ahead once things "settle".  It makes sense to me.  After my tummy tuck, things were extremely tight and have settled a bit since (with swelling going down, etc., I guess, and the muscles returning to their normal state).  So, I guess the same would happen with the breasts.
