Hi, glad to see you're doing okay on the other side of surgery. That bloating and swelling is horrible isn't it? Even my hands were swollen - but slowly the body is clearing them out - yours must be too since you had surgery 2 days before me. I eat very little sodium - no processed foods so I know how little I use and it really makes a difference - be careful with your sodium too.

are you walking and moving around okay? I'm considering just having the panni done, meet with the surgeon on Thurs. How long til you feel you'd be ready to go back to an office job? Are you happy with your result, better than you thought?

I had only the panni done and I love the results. I work out a lot and my stomach is pretty flat. I was out less than a week with very little pain. I did have a drain fall out and so that caused a few issues but nothing big.
