Change in Pants Size After LBL?

Hi everyone,
I'm a year out from my Duodenal Switch surgery and seriously looking at a Lower Body LIft. I'm currently in a size 10 after losing 130 pounds.
My question is for those of you that have had a LBL - did you notice a reduction in pants size after the lift? If so, how much? (of course after the swelling went down). I'm wondering if having the surgery will just make my size 10's fit a little better, or if I will lose enough inches to make a big difference in pants size.
Thanks

I won't know for a few days (I just got home from my LBL).
It seems that the closer you are to a normal BMI then it's mostly skin and not fat being removed. And that translates into not losing a lot of weight post LBL or changing pant sizes drastically. My surgeon did mention that they prefer not to operate on people with BMI higher than 30 because it's puts them a great risks for complications. But I didn't think this is a concern for you.

I'm only 11 days out but I think I will be a solid 8 now and I was a 10. I had someone get me size medium pjs for the recovery and they fit very nice and roomy and before I think they would have been snug. I am hoping this spurs me on to lose the last 10 lbs and get me into a few 6s and mostly 8s.
190 lbs lost
VSG 07/2008
lower body lift 10/2010
upper body lift 11/2011
I lost a bi over 200 lbs. Went from a 10/12 to a 6/8 and still think "holy cr*p....I'm a 6/8". Of course it varies from store to store. I wear a medium up top (once in a blue moon a Large or small) and a medium or small on bottom (a small! From a 4x! Seriousy). Really happy with my plastics. I lost alot so there was a ton of skin (ok 7 lbs, but it was alot, not very heavy but alot of volume), so the LBL has been a big quality of life thing for me. I had my LBL and BL 18 months to the day post op from my VSG.
