Dr Luque Mexicali

Has anyone had plastics done in Mexico with Dr Luque? Did you like your results? Would you recommend him????

I am NH and came back from Mexicali last week.  I had originally chosen Dr. Luque after looking at a lot of his pics but it didn't work out due to him having a family emergency.

At Hispano Americano Hospital, I asked the nurses and they seemed to really like him but I got the feeling they thought Dr. Manjarrez's work was better.  The nurses certainly did not say this but that was the feeling I got.

Hispano Americano Hospital was good and the nursing care was great.  Every nurse I had spoke some English.  I would go back without any hesitation.

As the other poster mentioned, BE CAREFUL OF MEXICALI HEALTHCARE-CARLO AND ALEJANDRO.  They were a total waste.  And just an aside, I would suggest staying at a more centralized hotel closer to food like the Lucerna.  I stayed at the Fiesta Inn (and across the street was the Crown Plaza).  The Lucerna had a more food close by within walking distance.

Thanks for responding, I am actually dealing with Carlo right now, guess that's not good lol. I don't know who else to go through to get Dr. Luque as it says to contact Mexicali. I am currently awaiting quotes from both Dr. Luque and Dr. Sauceda who I found on here after posting about Dr. Luque. I can't seem to find anyone that has actually HAD surgery done with Dr. Luque other than someone on youtube but she is not a WLS patient and I don't think I should base my results off of hers, since she doesn't seem to have ever been overweight just had some excess skin from her pregnancies and got a killer boob job from him lol. I will definitely look into Dr. Manjarrez now also and see what his quotes would be like. How are you recovering? Are you happy with your results so far?

My name is Carlo and I have noticed that there has been some blogging about me in this website. First I want to start by saying that Blogging is an excellent way to create confidence, it can also be an excellent way to cause word-of-mouth. Congratualtions to all of you who have decided on having weight loss surgery and you are doing fantastic! I take my hats off to you :).

I read Nancy's story and it was a complete shocker to me. However, I am glad she had a great experience in regards to her surgery and with Dr. Manjarrez. I understand her frustration and I only wish I could have been there for her more while she was with us in Mexicali ( I left the day after her surgery as I had a personal compromise in Los Angeles, I explained this to her, said good-bye in person, she agreed for me to leave, and I allowed her to borrow my cellular phone to make an international call, and notified her that the best way to get a hold of me would be through email as I will be away ).

By the moment I left Nancy after her surgery everything was fine. I managed to give her a discount from her surgery bundle than what was originally quoted and I called her a couple times to her room just to check that she was ok. I visited her at least twice to the hospital just to say hi and for her to borrow my phone with no charge. Some of you might confuse me as a Doctor. I am not a doctor, I am a NON-PROFIT Case Manager. I do not make a profit or commision by assisting medical travelers, nor does Alejandro. We are simply here to assist you, a helping hand, someone more you can rely on if you need some help at no extra cost.

Yes, Alejandro had problems communicating with Nancy regarding her pick-up time and we were both very apologitic for it. We were able to offer her a refund from the hospital because of the miscommunication but that is all we can do. Learn from our mistakes, deeply apologize, and offer a solution to compensate. Anyways, I just thought I would introduce myself as I've realized that this blogg has taken its toll and let you know that I am free and openly available if you need any information regarding Mexicali Hospitals and its surgeons.

well hello Carlos my name is shante from Brooklyn NY and i'm looking to have an Extended Tummy Tuck  full back  Lipo and a Fat Transfer hopefully by February 1St  with this years tax refund in a few weeks  if i find a doctor i can trust and feel safe with . I can understand your concern as blogging can help or hurt anyone in a service field such as yourself although you are not the doctor you are the path way to him and your actions represent them. from your response i agree with what actions you and the doctor  took to remedy  the situation as best you could but this is just my opinion . Im 5'6 220 and wondering if i can get a quote from your doctor on my procedures and if all goes well hopefully set an appt for February 1st and keep a full  updated day by day blogg of my own experience  (Including pictures) of my progress with you and doctor Alejandro. If things go well for us both ill be happy in my new body and you guys can be happy with a new positive day by day updated review which hopefully can help to fix your service rep as i have herd no horror stories concerning Dr Alejandro's cosmetic surgery procedures
