plastic surgeon or dermatologist?

For the huge bags under my eyes. Not sure who to have a consultation with. They make me look so old.

PS, I would imagine.  Don't think there are any "magic creams" for that.

Definitely a plastic surgeon - my lower eyes and my neck are my next surgery - hopefully in February. 

And there are also oculoplastic surgeons who I also refer more extensive cases to.
