Breast Augmentation regrets??
Lisa,
I've had 2 mammograms since getting my implants and it wasn't a problem. I made sure it was marked on my paperwork prior to the mammogram and they do some sort of special imaging to get good pictures. There is just so little of my own natural breast tissue left, I'm mostly implant. The tech didn't have any problem pulling my own tissue forward away from the implant to get the images.
Of all of the procedures I have had done, it's hard for me to say one is a favorite over another, but I will say that having my breasts lifted and back in place and having volume in the right places makes me feel so girly again. My implants are on the big side but it's just whatever your personal preference is. I have no regrets at all.

Thanks Renee..... do you have silicone or saline? Was the surgery painful?
The surgeons office offers a discount if you have more than one proceedure done at a time, so of course it got me thinking!

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning, the devil says "oh crap! she's up!
My surgeon also offered a discount if you combined procedures. I had my breasts done at the same time as my tummy tuck. In my recovery, I would say the breasts were not as painful as the muscle tightening of the tummy tuck. The breasts were more sore and tender but they healed quickly. You will experience a few zingers...kind of feels like a little jolt of electricity, as the nerves regenerate but it's very tolerable. If you can do both and have one recovery, I highly recommend it.

For some reason, my breasts were almost an afterthought. I was so focused on my LBL that I really wasn't thinking much about the BA part of my surgery. My breasts were sadly deflated to almost nothing and I really just wanted them to look more normal. So my expectations were fairly low.
Well I am now 7 weeks out and it's weird to say, but I LOVE my new breasts. They really look fabulous and I am so glad I decided to go through with the BA. They actually turned out a little bigger than I had originally imagined (not huge though - 34D), but I'm really glad that they did. I trusted my surgeon to make the final sizing decision in the OR and he did a great job. (It was between either 275cc or 300cc; he went with the 300s.) I am very pleased with the results.

Mine are silicone under the muscle and my recovery was super easy. No complications and very little pain. With my clothes on, I think they look very real. Clothes off, they're probably a little too perky to 100% pass for real. But they're not very obviously fake either, if that makes any sense. But I'm only 7 weeks out today, so I think they're still settling in.
Good luck with everything!

Thanks for posting this. What is your height? I am 5'6" size 0-2, 128 lbs. I settled with the 275cc's and I have no volume left just tube sock boobies of skin and sag. I have my surgery on 12/2 and I keep worrying that a 34D may be too big for me. When trying on the 275cc's in my bra it seemed like I had it bigger than I wanted. I really would like to stay full c or small d. Pref full C.
Just curious of your situation.

I'm a size 4, 5'5", and ~138 pounds. I did have a small amount of breast tissue left, so that probably makes a difference too. It is such a difficult decision as you don't want to go too small or too big. Though I've heard several people on this board say to go bigger than you think you want. I have no idea if that's good advice, but it did work out for me in the end. Good luck!
