Plastic Surgery television shows

Am I wrong or is my TV reception not up to par .....lately I'm not seeing hardly any Extreme Makeover type shows being aired whereas before lately you couldn't channel surf without seeing one?

I totally agree.  I think my TV is okay . They also used to have plastic surgery shows too.

Also Dr. 90211 with that Dr. Rey was on all the time.  Seems they have all gone away..and good riddance!   Could  ethics possibly prevailed at long last?

I agree that some of those PS shows involve a lot of fabricated or contrived BS to make the ratings. 

My (biased) opinion is that Big Medicine portrayed many of the challenges, successes, failures, and many things in between that make up the weight loss journey. 

I never felt manipulated to do anything "for good TV" and neither did my patients.  Wish they would give it another season !

I was really sad to see Big Medicine leave!  It was one of my favorite shows and something I watched regularly!  I will always wonder what happened to several of their regular patients.
