FSA!! It depends on if it is medically necessary!!! I checked into it with my company. So If your PS writes a letter stating that you need it and why, FSA will cover it

@LadyJmb...
LOL!!!!! Speaking of testifying... I gave my testimony of the amazing healing God brought me inside and out at a women's seminar at my PS's office a few weeks ago. It is amazing how many women have similar hurts and need to hear about the goodness of God. Just hearing that God loves you, thinks you are beautiful and wants good things for you, can change what you want for yourself! He thinks we are worth it, we just need to believe it!  Not to mention, He does this wonderful thing for us by healing us, then He allows us to use it to help and encourage others.What a great design. He is amazing!!! I am so grateful!

Honestly - First me then the house.  My house what yours does and more but it can wait.  I'm having my third surgery tomorrow and can't wait!

When I went to a Seattle plastic surgeon and realized that it would be close to $70,000 for everything I wanted, I thought long and hard about what else I could use the money for.

I opted to go outside the US and pay half that, but still felt guilty about not spending the money elsewhere.

Thing is, there is always stuff we need or want to do with the house and yard, and even if we do some now, there is more later. If there was something urgent, like a leaky roof, that may have had more weight, but getting the extra skin off did so much more for me emotionally.

The fix-ups will still be there waiting till I get to them, but I'm enjoying my new body in the meantime.

Honestly, I would spend it on me!!! I have battled this same issue and decided that I only live once and that I have struggled with wait all my life. i just want to be normal. I have surgery scheduled 11/11 and I am still scraping the remainder of the money up.

 Started working on the house  got a home equity line of credit and started the hose. Your house will never be finishe. once u thnk u r done it is time to start onsomethig else. I m so happ with my new body that I take it every where I go. I leave my house at home. LOL
Good Luck with ur decision it is a personal decision for everyone

If the housing problems are such that, if not fixed, could damage the integrity of the house (example, leaking roof causing water damage/mold which will be a bigger problem to fix later if not addressed).....I'd go for the housing fix.

But if they housing things are cosmetic or simply "upgrades", I'd wait on the house and do the plastics.

BTW: I traded in my promise of a convertible BMW for my plastics; so I know about sacrifice!!  And my hubby got a bargain!!

If I were you I'd get the house fixed and get a nice gym membership that doesn't pipe in heavy metal music.
