Looking for a plastic surgeon

I live in Southwestern Michigan and I'm currently looking for a plastic surgeon.  Anyone know of a good one?

I'm going with Dr Andrew Livingston who will perform a panni on me in January. He works out of the same office as Dr Foote at GHP, and I know is highly regarded by several patients on this forum. I hope they will see your post and give you more specific information, but I think he's highly respected both as a surgeon and as a person. I haven't consulted with any other plastic surgeons in the Grand Rapids area and feel confident about working with him and getting the results I would like. Of course there are other ones in Southwest Michigan and the rest of the state, but so far my experience with Dr Livingston has been very easy and straightforward and don't think I can do better. Certainly it would be worthwhile to schedule a consult with him and see what you think. I think he would be very fair in terms of fees and working with insurance. His staff is really good too.

I had Dr. Livingston for both rounds of my PS. He is wonderful and I love my results. His staff is as equally wonderful. Faith and everyone bent over backwards to get my panni portion approve w/ my insurance company after I was denied the first time. Any issue I had w/ bill or such Faith was on it and willing to help answer any questions I had. Also I think his prices were very reasonable. I had called other PS in GR and what I paid was less than quote other places.

I had all my plastics with Dr. Bernard Shuster. He is an amazing doctor and a great human being as well. I know he is in Hollywood, FL which is quite a way from your home town but he is worth the trip. Check out his website at www.drshuster.net. He does online consultations so you can check him out before you make any commitments. There is not a more caring or highly skilled surgeon around. check out his reviews on the OH site.
