DEC. 16th!!! After seeing 3 doctors, posting on here and getting fantastic advise from all of you, I have decided to do the TT and just a lift with no implants. Although I love the look of implants, for me, I believe a lift, at first, is best. Because my breasts are heavy and I have alot of tissue, I think its best to do a lift first, let that heal and if I still want implants, then I will do those when I go in to have my arms done. Doc says I will be a D after the lift, I am a DD now. I think I will be happy with that, since they will be in place! And having a flat stomach, I think I will be VERY pleased.

On another note, I HATE surgery!!! I am already freaked out and its over a month away. I HATE the prepping, and the waking up...Any advise to make it a little easier? I have had 5 surgeries in my life time, so this isn't new to me, I just suck it up and do it and have lived to tell about it! I know to talk to the anesthesia doc and let him know of my fears....but i think in the end you just do it.

Anyhow, thank you everyone for advise, pictures and all these posts on this board! I will post pictures of before and afters sometime after the surgery.

You have no idea how much it helps me to know I am not alone!!!  My surgery is this Thursday and I could have written your post!  I don't know what to do but just suck it up and deal with it.  I can't really express my fears to hubby because he is even more freaked out than I am and he will just try and talk me out of it.

Congrats on Thurs!! I hope you will post pictures. Keep us posted on how your doing. Don't let him talk you out of it, you are so close and I hear that the results out weigh anything that you go through!

Good luck on Thurs! I am so excited for you!! I wish mine were this week, just to be done with it!

My surgery is going to be on December 21st so I will be right behind you! I am so nervous too.. I am terrified of the drains.. urgh!

Hope we both go through this well and heal fast!

On another note, I am soo excited to have a flat tummy.  It just seems too good to be true.

I am not so terrified of the drains as I am the whole being put to sleep and waking up from that...once thats over with, keep me on schedule of the meds for about a week and then I think I will be good to go.

We will make it through this as we have our weight loss surgery's.

I know I can't wait to have a flat stomach either!

Congratulations on your date. Mine is Nov. 5th. I did a lot of research and preparation but as my date is coming closer I found I just needed to avoid anything to do with surgery. I'm not avoiding it per se but I did my homework and found I needed a break otherwise it's too stressful. I stopped coming to OH and the plastic surgery forum, stopped talking and thinking about. DH even thoughtfully planned a mini vacation that we're going on this week. When I return I will focus on cleaning the house and getting everything finalized - so then I'll be so busy I won't have time to worry.
