Circumferential belt lipectomy woes

I  am and have been suffering immense pain and dysfunction for several years since I underwent a Circumferential Belt Lipectomy in June of 2001 at the University of Iowa Heath Center. It was performed by two partner doctors who claim to be world authorities of Lower Body Lift procedure. It is my belief that certain documented medical condition spondylolisthesis L5S1 I had was ignored. Markers used for incision site needed to be altered somewhat in order to accommodate  my aberrant pelvic tilt  to achieve healthy feasible integration of my pelvis hips legs and abdomen. These accommodations were not employed and the end result is much more than mere dissatisfaction. The skin that makes up my pelvic slope was pulled up super tight and smeared around to just under my hips .  The lack of skin prevents my legs from opening or extending naturally. For years the skin in my groin area resembles a tight bungee cord and  this super tight skin crosses over very sensitive nerve bundles in my pelvis and has entrapped my tendons and sinews into contorted positions. My entire pelvis has been slowly but constantly   retroverting. As an aside I add that I had been a sexually active person before the surgery but have only once in the 9 and one half years since my circumferential belt lipectomy had sex. It was not a pleasant experience and I deduced no longer an option for me. I am very ruined since this surgery and feel I need to finally complain to some one or some department other than to my Drs. I tried to submit  a complaint to the Joint Commision that oversees Health Care Organizations but can't because their calendar to select the  date of the incident is inoperative. Submitting the date is a requirement for submission . Being that I can't submit to them I thought I'd just dump  part of the complaint on this board for safe keeping.
