Has Anyone Recently Signed up with "PSJourneys.com"?

I was wondering if anyone has recently signed up with PSJourneys.com. It is a highly recommended site for people who are interested in plastic surgery. The basic membership is free. You sign up for this membership and they email you back with a code to activate your account. I have been waiting to hear back with an activation code for over 3 months. I have emailed them 4 times and have never heard back. Does anyone have any insight on this web site or any recommendations for how you can actually get someone to respond to ones numerous requests for membership. I have not received any info from them in my junk folder either.

Hi, Marianne: I signed up for PSJourneys several weeks ago... At first, I just signed up for the basic membership-- somewhere on their website, it said that they do a "routine" update of basic memberships, so it might take a few days. During that time, I decided to upgrade. I did not have immediate access, though. I, too, emailed them several times and never heard back. One day, though, I received an email saying my account had been activated. it certainly didn't take three months though.

Good luck! I know how frustrated I was, especially after paying the $35 and not having access and not receiving any responses for a few weeks!!!

II've looked for a customer service number, but didn't find one.

Thank you for your information. I am going to send them one last email. I am scheduled to have PS in 6 weeks, and am annoyed that 10 weeks after my initial request for membership my emails (4 of them) have gone unanswered.

Again, I will recontact them.
