I did not use the silicone sheets but I know people that have and they really liked them and said they had good results with them.

I am scheduled for a Brachioplasty and breast lift on Nov 18th.

I may consider a TT and thighs next year -- but have to pay for this as I can.

I appreciate being able to see 'what to expect' on the arms.
