brachioplasty pics at 3 days out

My nurse took the binder off my tummy for a few minutes today but everything was good so we didn't take the bandages all off.  Tomorrow I'll get a better look and get pictures.

Today we redid the bandages on my arms and I got some good shots.  I'm very pleased with the results so far...

Right arm before and after..this one looks the best - no drain, very little bruising, and the incision line is already healing well.




And left arm comparison - still a drain, and more bruising around the drain area.  A bit of oozing blood at the incision, but still in good shape I think.



My arms are by far the easiest part to deal with in all this.  Almost no pain.  The left arms looks  bit wrinkled in this picture, but I think that is mainly from the compression bandages, they left kind of a waffle mark on the skin.

Thank you so much for sharing these photos Erica!  I have a consult for Nov. 3rd to see a plastic surgeon about planning to have arms, breasts and tummy done and would like to get my arms plus one of the others at the same time if possible.  Looking forward to seeing your tummy pics too but I'm off to Italy in the morning for 8 glorious days so I will check back in when I return.

Your arms look really great.  I am so thrilled for you that they're already looking good.  I hope your recovery continues to progress just as well.  I can't wait to have my arms done.  It is number one on my list.  Yours look awesome.

I understand that one.  My TT was covered by insurance, but when it came to what I wanted to pay for - arms was it.
