Bra Line Lift

Just for quick background, last August I had a lower body lift with anchor tummy tuck and BA.  They removed 20lbs of skin!!! (you can see my pics on my profile).  Because my surgery was so much more extensive than we thought, I didn't get any of the excess skin removed from my upper back and under my arms.  I am going to have this done soon, have already talked to my surgeon and gotten a price.  My question is, if anyone has had this done, what was your recovery time?  I am a nurse practitioner in an urgent care setting.  It's a new job, so my time off is limited.

Thanks in advance!!

I'm having the same thing done on 11/18. I'm thinkin it should be a fairly easy recovery compared to the other procedures. Good luck, Jinjer!

 Hey Renee,

I feel like we are such "twin" DSers and now PSers!!!! :)  I kind of feel like you, that it won't be a bad recovery.  But I wanted to see how others did. I'm thinking if I could do it when I was off 7-9 days in a row, I could maybe swing that. Then I wouldn't have to take vacation or time off without pay.

20 lbs of skin removed!!  OMG! That is awesome!  How much weight did you lose before the surgery?  I've lost 187 and wondering how much skin will come off.  I've heard between 10-12 but then some people on here only had 7 or 8 removed so I'm trying not to get my hopes up. I will check out the pics to see if I was as bad as you were on the before pics.
