swelling after 7 months

I had an extended TT in February and have had very little problem with swelling until today.  All of a sudden swelling a lot!  Is this normal?  I can barely button my pants that are normally loose!  Not comfortable at all!  Can I expect this to go down soon?

Yuck!  No chance it is because you had a big salty meal?  Just wishful thinking here because I hate the thought of dealing with swelling that far out.  However, I have been reading on this board that swellling can last for almost a year.  ewww.
