Ladies, did plastic surgery mess up your schedule

Aunt Flo and Uncle TOM should have come for their visit this month; but guess not.

Did your surgery throw this off too?

All surgery has the potential to do this....and yes, it happened to me. Except I had the joy of having the "family" visit twice in one month, followed by nothing the next.

Fun times!

Oh yes- after a lifetime of being very regular, none for one month right after surgery, and then every two and a half weeks since. Good grief- wi**** would settle down already.

Yes, it really messed me up too. I was using birth control that I stopped prior to surgery and disrupting my normal routine it took awhile to get things back on track after the different procedures.

Yeah I had spotting one day (it was a week early) but then pretty  much skipped the cycle and didnt ovulate until I was starting to get healthy, but I think its cause I got very anemic cause of bleeding. But now I am cycling quicker (25 days instead of 28).  It might just be quicker because I eat more calories and carbs then pre-op (I have PCOS that mostly resolved with weight loss).

You're in a better place than I was!!!  I had my TOM one week before my surgery and THEN again 1 week after!  It was dreadful with the compression garments and my arms being out of commission!  So I'd say, "yes!" surgery messed with my schedule!
