Loose skin or...What procedure to choose?

Hello,

Seems I have a bit of extra tummy skin, since I lost about 30 Lbs about 10 years ago when I was 14, and it stayed like that pretty much all the time.

It really starts to bother me, especially in conjunction with this belly bulge that I think is not related to "diastasis recti", but to weak TVA muscles that doesn't seem to improve much with exercise.

But when I suck in my tummy, you can see that "loose skin" problem 80% disappears, the result is pretty dramatic! Only problem is that I can't keep it all day like this

I'm wondering, could abdominoplasty help? As I know it doesn't address TVA muscles, it only repairs diastasis (and there is none) AND tightens the skin.
Ok, tighter skin could hold "guts" pulled in better, but won't the skin stretch out again if it's constantly "pushed" from inside?

Is surgery worth it in this case, or maybe trying to bulk up in the gym just 10-15 kg? I had a small laser lipo about a year ago, so I doubt body fat is still there...

Your best bet is to consult with a plastic surgeon, preferably several.

Different surgeons sometimes have different techniques for dealing with certain areas, but I suspect yours is a simple fix for a skilled surgeon. Find several in your area, and make appointments to have them look at you. It's usually reasonably priced, or free for an initial consult.

If you are considering a surgeon out of you area, many will give you their opinion based on pictures you email them, but know that they may change things somewhat if necessary when they actually see you in person.
