Hi all....Good morning from Long island, NY.

Question-Did anyone that had panni removal only find it helped with the mon/pubic area at all..?  i have of course skin sagging in that area and hope it willhelp.

It probably won't help, but ask your PS the question and see what he says. I had a "tummy tuck" 2 years ago but it really was onyla panni and it didn't help the mons area at all. I just had an LBL with a repeat TT this past spring (witha different PS) and this time there was a major difference.

Betsy...talk to your PS....they should be able to make a difference albeit a small one...

I had the panni done 8 days ago and I paid for what they called "Pubic debulking"...It was 3000.00 outta pocket but sooooooo worth it...Hope this helps

This and similar issues are something that you need to discuss with your plastic surgeon (PS). Don't assume anything, ask your surgeon clearly to show you what to expect and what is included in the panni removal. If you are having the most basic panni the surgeon will only be removing the hanging skin of the pannus. You might still be left with excess skin above your belly button and mons.
