Anyone go to Dr. Manuel Bello in Mexicali?

 I asked this a few months back - but only got one reply - hopefully someone on here will have used Dr Bello's ps services - he's in Mexicali at the same hospital at Dr. Aceves - I have heard he is an artist with face lifts....

 Mexicali is safe - Monterrey is currently the site of the drug cartel violence and of course the towns near the Texas border.

Just wondering about his skill-style....hospital is excellent.
