Lipo AFTER PD

Has anyone had a thigh or arm lift then needed a revision and or lipo ..
I had the thigh and my knee area and right below the knee needs some adjustment ...He said lipo should do the trick ...
I am nervous about leg lipo as I have heard that it is not safe... He says it is like all other procedures and all could produce a blood clot etc .
I read where people even get ankle lipo ,,, thank GOD i dont need that as it seems it would be painful
HELPPPPPPPPPP ,,,if you have had it please tell me your experience and results .
