If you're referring to the auto-augmentation, I had that with my LBL.  I slept on my back in a recliner.  I asked my PS about the best position to sleep and he said head and feet elevated 30 degrees (recliner or with pillows) just as long as I wasn't flat on my back.

Did you have the LBL too? I didnt' see that in your post. The auto augmentation is different from fat grafting. You are supposed to stay off your butt as much as possible but that can be pretty hard to do when you have an incision going across your back. I know I couldn't sleep in any position other than my back for the first couple of weeks or so. It really can't be avoided. Maybe once you become more mobile you can lay on your side better.
