tingling while jogging?

When every I jog, even a little bit (like after my kids or across a street), my LBL incisions tingle pretty strong and sometimes even spots on my bum fall asleep.  I am like...8 weeks post op.  Anyone else?  When does it go away?  I really feel ready to start running again health wise, but I figure the tingling is a sign I should wait.

I still feel that and I'm almost a year out post LBL. I think it's the nerves that got cut either trying to regenerate or just sending mixed messages LOL.

Do you run anyways?  I will ask my doc but want to start running again ASAP but it is mighty uncomfortable.

i don't worry about it...but i'm a year post LBL. Check with your doc, maybe just some support garment when you run would minimize this?

I, too, had that tingling when I first started jogging. It helped to wear tight compression, although it didn't take it away completely. I am four months out now, and I hardly notice anything at all anymore. It does take a bit, but it lessens more and more.

Does Zumba count as jogging? jk I don't get the tingling very much, but my butt and thighs go numb. I think it's just the swelling because the feelng comes back when the swelling goes down.

I too feel the tingles!  The first time it happened it freaked me out!  I jog anyways.  It's seems to diminish the longer I run each time.  I'm almost one year postop.

I feel the tingling but I think mine is more in my butt area where I had the auto augmentation not the incisions so much.  I hated the feeling at first but it has gotten better.  I'm not much of a jogger so I don't feel it too often but if I do jumping jacks or any type of jumping in my exercise classes it feels like it's still jumping even though I'm not.  It goes away after a few seconds though.  Hard to explain.  I'm 18 months post LBL and it hasn't totally gone away.   You are still early out so I would take it easy.
