Numbness...?

When you had your plastics (of all kinds) but LBL, for sure..Did you have numbness that has remained..or for how long did you stay numb..?? Does it bother you that you are numb if you still have it..??

I had my Abdominoplasty Dec 2008 and I m still numb from my BB to my pubic area,, butt lift done March 2009 side flanks still numb, this & arms never got numb,
numbness doesnt bother me u get used to it. I just dont get to close to the gas range when i m cooking

I haven't had plastics yet - but I had a c-section in 2000. Had numbness around that incision for a long time. I remember it being weird but I got used to it. One day I was surprised to touch my incision and notice it was gone.

Here's hoping it doesn't feel too weird, huh?

cyndy I had a LBL in april and I still have numbness in my lower belly...it's better then it was in the beginning but still have numbness and a bit of swelling in the lower stomach area

Same here. I had my LBL 18 months ago and I have numbness here and there but it doesn't really bother me. I never had any numbness with my arm lift though.
