For you that had the LBL, did it lift the mons area much at all or is that something that needs to be done all on it's on..??

Just seems to me that it could all be taken care of with the LBL, as a stand alone procedure..

Thanks everyone..

My mons was lifted with the LBL.  It's how he cut and pulled me.  My incision is at the bikini line.  I have a few string bikini panties from VS, that when I wear them, if I adjust them perfectly, you cannot see my incision at all.

How was the LBL?  I am a little worried as Friday is the day.  I am just recovering from upper body lift in July.

My LBL lifted it, but I made sure my PS knew that I wanted that area lifted during the procedure.

Ditto...most docs already include it as part of the procedure.  My LBL worked wonders!

NOW most docs do it but be SURE you address that area when talking to your PS of choice.

Most do but I have seen a handful on here that were lifted too high and it looked unnatural. The hairline was too high so be sure and clarify this.

 Aloha OMOM-
My PS took 8 vertical inches off my front and 6 vertical inches off my back during my circumferential body lift- the mons was the only area he lipo'd- and I am very pleased with the outcome - I did not have any of the forward "redirection" of the mons and associated structures as some women have with a lift ( they say that they pee forward afterwards, or "windsuck"  and flap when running), my pubic hairline is not too high, and my scar is totally hidden by a modest bikini. Plus i got rid of my 2 C-section scars and most of my abdominal scars from prior surgeries- the lap scars from my gall badder, VSG, abdominal abscess, etc. I do still have stretch marks on my tummy skin but seeing that flat belly, muscle definition, and hip bone protrusion totally negates any disappointment I might feel about  stretch marks.
Totally worth it and the dramatic mons change was really unexpected - didn't think I'd get that much improvement there as I was way saggy!
Hard to believe you are already at the point of plastics- I remember months and months of your supportive  posts to everyone else as you waited to get approval for your VSG! Congratulations! XOXOLori
